Zac is 8 Weeks Old!

My Little Zacy

I have so much to share with you.  It has been a busy two weeks of surprises.  I have been wanting to write forever!  First of all, you have peed and pooped through more outfits in the last two weeks.  You had your first "car ride" to put you to sleep on Sunday, March 14th right after you turned 7 weeks!  You thought you were too smart for your mom and dad.  You usually fall right asleep in the car.  Instead you were wide a wake and would wimper at each red light.  Lucky for your parents, we out smarted you, by getting on the freeway where there are no lights.  You were out like a light.

SCORE:  Mamma 1, Zac 0 !

We took you out for dinner for your dad's b-day on St. Patty's Day.  You looked so cute in your green golf shirt.  You were a perfect angel in public once again.  Dan even called you our little wax baby you were so peaceful.  Of course you were a terror once we got you home as proven below!

You and I had our first big car ride to Beverly Hills to have your little feet looked at.  Your feet are twisted in quite a bit.  The doctor said your feet will be just fine.  While checking in you were attacked by a 2 year old girl.  When she found out she could not hold "the baby", she grabbed onto your stroller so tight I thought you might tip.  Then she stole your blanket.  You and I had to sit on the other side of the waiting room, she was not going to leave without holding you.

In the last few days you have really started to speak your own language, and I got my first really big smile.  You smile here and there throughout the day, but you looked up at me and smiled, then I smiled back, and you again smiled at me again.  We did this three times!  It was the best!  You look around at everything now and you have noticed your hands.  I saw you examining them the other day.  You like to sit on my lap and look at my hands too.  Here are a few good moments with you.  I got you a Kermie because you remind me of him with your long arms and legs.

Here is a picture of you on your 8 week birthday in your first truck.  Can't wait to see more smiles and expressions in the up coming weeks.
