Little Magoo,
I can't believe how big you are getting. At your 4 month appointment you were 14 pounds and 24 inches long. Your smile is brighter everyday. You love when I pretend to be Cookie Monster and gobble up your tummy. Tummy time is getting longer and longer everyday. You get so frustrated though because you want to crawl so bad and you haven't figured out how to move yet. You got your first cold this week. Both you and I got dad's cold! We snoozed together the first night while dad looked in on us.
You sleep really good during the night in your crib, but you still take most naps snoozing on the momma. Yes, I let you snooze for hours on me everyday. I just love snuggling with you, but I will soon have to let you nap in your crib before I go back to work. We tried to start getting you to fall asleep on your own but that only lasted a few minutes. I started to cry before you did. I don't mean a few tears, but full sobs. I think we will try again after our big trip back to the Midwest.
Your new nickname is "Magoo" because you started to drool so much that your whole face is always covered. You love to suck on your own fist all day and cover your face with "goo." So we started to call you Mr. Goo and then soon, Magoo.....
